Justin Worley had a magnificent day as Tennessee's Freshman receiver Marquez North caught 3 passes for 102 yards, including a ridiculous one-handed grab that helped set up a game-winning field goal from Michael Palardy. Vols win it 23-21. The only SEC game Butch Jones won without a quarterback named Dobbs. Who was there? Felt like a huge turning point for our program at the time.

I used to watch him play all the time at Mallard Creek. My spouse taught at his high school and every Friday night was a 70-3 bloodbath. A truly gifted 5 star athlete.

I was a student at that game, front row of the end zone and watched that field goal sail over us. I have them saved somewhere but I got some awesome pics after that game.

Was there as well. Section C. Row 21. Not a very full Neyland by any means, but one heck of a time nonetheless! The 2019 one was real fun with a not-so-full Neyland too.

Wow, I knew Dobbs kept Lyle from getting fired one or two seasons before he should have but only one SEC win not by Dobbs! Incredible!

Incredible game! Enjoyed the moment beating the OBC at the top of his game at USC-e.

( I have to say that game in the infamous Year 0 gave me false hope about the brick by brick that was to come. If it weren't for Josh Dobbs . . . .
