I got a couple questions about video uploading.
1. I need a good upload web site that doesn't degrade the quality like You Tube.
2. I need a better program to upload videos to other than Web Cam Express which is all I have & from there I have to put the video on Windows Movie Maker. Since I don't have a job I can't really buy anything. Are there any free programs I can download?
