Meanwhile, IMG Academy, a football factory in Bradenton, Fla., is taking its annual barnstorming tour across the Southeast this week. The program loaded with premier prospects its set to see South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Clemson over the next few days.

The Vols have offered several prospects at IMG, including 5-star defensive end Xavier Thomas and 4-star receiver Joshua Moore, formally of Yokum, Texas and a prospect who briefly called Tennessee his leader last fall.

Other Tennessee targets on the trip include linebacker Mike Jones Jr., defensive end Stephon Wynn and tailback T.J. Pledger.

Can't be done. Clemson has a weird effect on kids. Remember lifelong vol fan hunter Johnson taking a visit there? He immediately flipped to them and then started recruiting Tee to Clemson while both of them were visiting Knoxville.

Mays is a VFL. Period. His younger brother may be more open right now to listening to other schools. But Cade is going nowhere. I'd love for him to talk to some Clemson commits.

Hightower (WR) needs to be on that bus along with Sitowski (QB), Pledger (RB), Unije (OL), Dunlap (OG), THomas (SDE), Wynn (SDE), Vincent (DL), Jones (OLB), Radley-Hiles (CB), and Griffith (CB) from IMG. That list would make me happy, and put us in a good position with those guys who haven't been on the yard.

Small spelling mistake Fingers from bold above. It's Rayshad Williams with an "a" as in Ray. No biggie. Just thought I'd point that out. Thank buddy for posting the recruits coming. :good!:

I agree with you too. We've now fallen down to #30th composite ranking on 247 Sports with only two commits for 2018 to date. Things can change fast with a couple of nice commitments from the lists coming. Heck, why not go for 3-4 commits instead of 2-3? :p

We do need to get a few commitments though soon enough to get back up there in the rankings where we should be. That's in the top 15 at least for now. I think this many recruits coming there's a good chance of getting at least a couple to commit. Thanks.

Add 2018 In-State DT Johnson Finley to the list for tom. Benches 435lbs and runs a 4.9 40 at 280lbs. Not the tallest guy at 6'1 but makes up for it with his strength and quickness. Hes a 2nd tier guy at DT for TN considering the guys ahead of him with offers but hes another of the long line of talented kids in state for 2018.

They like that as football players, by going to Clemson they are somehow the smartest people on the campus. It's hard to resist that for footballers. Also they confuse people by wearing orange, trying to be us.
