I was just curious... I don't know anything about what goes down on a campus visit. How does it work when a recruit visits on a game weekend? Does the coaching staff spend any time with the recruit? Do they wait until after the game?

It seems like it would be hard to make time but at the same time you can't ignore the recruit. How is this managed?

Good question I have always wondered this myself. I am guessing this is where the grad assistants and asst. coaches play a large role.

Are the recruits allowed to hear the pre game speech? get to the tunnel to watch the team run through the T? In the old days, local recruited players just got handed tickets to come watch,,, some just sold them for the cash.

Now its way overdone,, maybe they can get on the cheerleading pyramid!

Mrs. Kiffin will serve them breakfast in bed. The day just kind of goes down hill from there.

The come in and have a host from the football team show them around. On gameday, sometimes they get to be on the field (at least with the old staff they did) but most of the time they spend it in the stands with their parents. As far as speaking with the coaching staff, the coaches are allowed to speak with the recruit anytime they are on campus, providing that they have time to do so.

That's the way I understand things, if anyone else can fill in what I may have missed, please do.

I think the new staff let's them come onto the field as well. I know it was the Orange and White game, but Kelcy Quarles was on the field alot...

Recruits on the field I think is a staple at any program. We had an Ohio State recruit graduate from my alma matter last season (Storm Klein -Licking Valley H.S.). He was allowed not only to be on the sideline of any/every home game he wanted, but he also could bring an additional person with him. I think he was on the sidelines for every home game last year.

I would like to know who is going to be there for this Saturday's game besides Bray.

I dunno but I suspect Bray will get a healthy dose of Lacey Pearl Earps this weekend.
