Now there are other sources for ticket sales apart from Vivid Seats - so some of this could be misleading.
It looks like South Carolina has a bigger following than Clemson.
Auburn has a bigger following than Alabama - it could be that Tide fans get their tickets from the University and don't resell them.

Except for Davidson County and a couple of counties around Memphis, it looks like the Vols dominate Tennessee.

Somerset County ME - most ticket sales for Nebraska?
At least Oxford County ME's highest ticket sales are for Hawaii
Lincoln County ME - UCLA (USC dominates in Southern CA).

I didn't realize the Vols had a following in the Nome AK Census Area.

Kansas State dominates Kansas.

Some of the colors are very similar - Texas Tech and New Mexico; Penn State, Pitt, and WVU; USC and Arizona State; and Tennessee and Clemson for that matter.

This is fascinating - thanks for sharing.

I'm actually really surprised at many of these results. Jefferson County, Alabama (Birmingham) has more ticket sales for Auburn than Alabama? When you go around Birmingham, that town seems like it is about 75/25 Alabama to Auburn.

I know they are low population counties, but I'm also surprised that Texas doesn't have more counties in the State of Texas. Same for Oklahoma - I figured Ok St would have the handful of counties around Stillwater, but OU would control the rest. Given Clemson's run of dominance, I'm surprised they still only control the 4 counties around their campus and USCjr has the rest.
