It's Monday, so its time for this week's 2 cents from me.

~Thoughts on Auburn~

Auburn has gone from a 3-9 team last year to an 8-1 team this year. Auburn has had the talent to be a great team for years now, but poor coaching is the reason they were so bad last year. Overall, they have a lot of speed on their offense and they can put up points. Their defense is decent, but not as good as their offense. They are definitely going to be a challenging opponent.

~Keys to the game~

On offense, we need to avoid costly penalties and turnovers. The O-line needs to step up in a big way. Receivers can't keep dropping balls when they are wide open.

On defense, we need to improve our leverage and not have a lot of missed tackles. We must get back to forcing more turnovers. We also need to get off the field on 3rd down.

Prediction: 34-31. Since this is a home game (We've played well at home this year), I could see either of these teams winning. I do think this will be a high scoring game.

Thanks for reading. :)

It's truly staggering how awful we play on the road and how well we play at home. I just want us to be competitive throughout the game.

The spread is only 7 points, so since no one thinks we will lose by less than 13 I would recommend you all go bet your life savings on Auburn. Easy money, right?

Pretty much standard keys on every game. But hey, if they do all of those things for 60 minutes, they should win. Personally, I'm just hoping for a competitive game with no quit from the Vols.

I do believe we can move the ball on Auburn.

Arkansas left a lot of points on the field and got to 17.

It all really depends on whether we play mistake free and passionate football like we did in the last two home games.

Our biggest problem is going to be stopping their offense. Not a good match-up for our defense at all.

I'd say USCe was a decent team, and held them to 21. :hi:

My $.02- we need to score to put us in the position to be competitive. Until we show we can do that it's hard to look at the other intangibles. Do I think our offense can do it? Definitely. I'm just ready to see it get going.
