Special Teams is one of the most important aspects of college football or any football to be correct. Having a kicker with the ability to boom kicks into the end zone or to nail the 50+ yard field goal is going to be huge advantage. Having that type of weapon has been key for the [...]

This guy is a great addition for our 2010 team.

He'd be a game changer this season with our solid defense, but suspect offense.

No kidding. Having a guy who can consistently hit a 50 yarder is a weapon that only a few teams have the luxury of having.

We have not seen many kickoffs go into the end zone in the last couple of years. However, if we cover kickoff as we did last week, that may not be a problem. We do need someone who can hit the 50+ yard field goal. From what I have seen, Palardy will be that person.

“Demarco Cobbs, Brandon Willis, and Corey Miller committed while I was there,” said Palardy. “To get those three guys is huge for our program. They are all special players and will really help us out in the future. To have the season we had last year and starting out 1-1 this year and still be able to land all these great players speaks on behalf of how talented our coaches are.”
This kid is gonna end up one of my favorite guys.

I watched him play on ESPN a few weeks ago and he nailed kickoffs into the endzone, that will be a nice change.

Of all the great recruits we will have coming in next year, none will have more of an impact on games than this guy. Wait and see.

I agree 100% with that. I am ecstatic at having a kicker again!!! Been too long!
Me too ! Virtually eliminating opponents return games is going to make a HUGE difference ... more than a lot of fans realize. I really enjoy reading you're post when I come across them BTW. There are maybe 10 posters on this entire site who I find to be realistic, informative and knowledgeable, you are one of them :)

I noticed he kept saying our and we as well. I love that he is officially apart of the program. There are plenty of recruits that aren't part of the team until they sign their letter. You can tell Tennessee is his favorite team in general. Pretty Cool.

Not to take away from him but I think he'll be the second biggest game changer in the class. I think Bray will be the biggest... mainly because if Crompton doesn't get his act together and Stephens starts next year and struggles, it will be three years since this team had reliable quarterback play. I kind of forgot what it's like to even have a quarterback. It feels like a decade since Ainge has been here.
