hate to be like this but why even interview kids for a Tennessee website if they're not interested in us.

Great point and I agree.

Apparently, in this case, Justin said some people were asking for an update on this kid. :dunno:

You find one other post of mine where I have ever complained about anything and I will eat my words.

If guys like JHop and LV don't pass along everything they hear, we have people on here asking, "Anything new on this guy? Why are things so quiet? Can we get an update?"

Then, when they give an update that suggests we've fallen out of the picture, everyone starts asking, "Why are you interviewing this guy? We don't care about guys we're not in the running for! Why bother talking to him?"

Do y'all want the updates or not? I, for one, appreciate the info!

I posted this on here because several asked about Grant in another thread (Curtis Grant thread), I interviewed him just in general, not for a specific school, I posted it on here to illlustrate that he did not bring up Tenn, so in that case it's best to look elsewhere.

Also this kid doesn't do many interviews, so I was thinking it best to take advantage of reading one he did.

As you were.

FWIW,I could have done what other network sites do, list Tennessee as an offer, then make it relavant to that school. :dunno:

Thanks for it jhop. I think we were just wondering what the relevance is. I have just never seen an article from you that didn't mention Tennessee at all.

I opened it up thinking, wow, I haven't heard of this guy. Now I know why I haven't heard about this guy! We are not even in the picture.

FWIW, Va Tech or AL are probably the two to beat.
:good!: Thanks, JHop! You do good work. Very informative, especially considering how any "real" information about him has been very scarce. Apparently he holds his cards close to the vest. Do you work for ESPN Recruiting or VolNation (affiliate)?

Both, but primarily ESPN based stuff and I run AL, FSU, and OR sites for recruiting. I help here as much as I can.
