Riggs is considering:

Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, and Notre Dame

And says he is looking for:

“.....a solid game day environment, academics, coaching at my position that knows what he is doing, and the ability to make it to that next level.”

Seems to me out of all those schools Tennessee has the most to offer with that criteria and should be the obvious choice.

Yeah, but he openly admits it was his own fault. Once he started doing things the right way, things changed for him. He's a good guy, just needed someone to smack him down a little

Honestly, we all need to get smacked down from time to time to let us know we need to make some changes. Beating works much better than talking. For me anyways.
