About time something was resolved as far as Gruden. Now lets get a coach to rebuild the program. I heard Bill King say Art Briles, the Baylor coach, was Bobby Petrino without the baggage. That sounds pretty good. I know Baylor scores a lot of points but their defense is horrible. I did hear they didn't have enough talent for a great offense and defense so they put their talent on offense. With the facilities and funding at UT, he might do very well here. Just a thought.

Awe man. This is just based on what Hyams said. Do not trust Hyams. Even when we were winning he always tried to temper enthusiasm. Used to like him a little, can't stand him now

eh. If you had read the whole post, you would have seen the reason for the bad defense was a lack of personnel at Baylor. Not bad coaching. eh.

It would be nice to bring him in for a while. Maybe make Tee Hc in waiting. Keep Chaney and most of the offensive guys. Hire the best defensive staff that we can get, and move on.

I am all for it.Just want this fiasco over with.Every time Tennessee has a chance to show the country were back they fall flat on their face.Thanks Dave Hart.

Totally. Except, forget Chaney, make Chesney the OC. Makes as much sense as making Tee Martin the HC in waiting...

I believe that we would be in good shape if we have Tee mentored to be the next head coach. I think that a Tennessee guy is a good way to go.

eh.I don't see him improving his defense in the sec. Bad personnel at baylor?I thought one of our highly sought after db's went there. This would not be the hire people are looking for
