I believe you are probably focusing on California vs Texas; the two most populous states in the union which are indeed Blue and Red respectively. But while Florida is also a large Republican state; New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois are all solidly Democrat. That's nice. Figured I'd duplicate a typical RepubLiar tactic called whataboutism. But here's a meme to make certain folks feel better:

There actually two motivations for „whataboutism“. One is of course is to make and one‘s own tribe look better by comparison. The other, which I think applies to me, is to point out that both tribes are populated by a large number of disreputable knaves and crooks.
So I would hope you realize that not every “other side” meme is automatically meant to actually defend Trump.
