What an ugly timeline of events. One could only hope to receive $1.33 million for failing so miserably!

Pretty much sums up a decade of incredible incompetence within the UTAD. They needed to add in the embarrassing episodes within Cheek's scope of authority with butt chugging, sex week, diversity office, booger picking, Charlie Strong man crush, etc.

Despite it all the men's primary sports are primed for rebirth on the national stage. Not so much with the ladies other than the softball and golf teams.

Instead of university academics, it seems I should have aimed my career aspirations toward university athletics where even getting fired is lucrative! :eek:hmy:

What a depressing read. We may have know all this, or at least most of it, but reading it puts it in another dimension. Talk about bad PR!

The sad thing is most of it started or was caused by Mike Hamilton. Hamilton is a class guy personally but as AD he must rank LAST! Need to move on to bigger and better things!

If you ever are feeling great and for some reason want to become depressed then just read that trainwreck.
Unfortunately as a young fan I started following the programs as
Football- 2007 (Worst stretch in a long time)
WBB- 2009 (No national Championships)
MBB- 2009 (Got to see some great late Pearl Era success followed by a good coach Martin era, then absolute turmoil)

I hope good days are ahead because we are going to hurt years from now because of the amount of fans my age who we lost during these dark ages
