Wow! Just reading the forums from both team's websites, I'd say we have ourselve's a hatred bloodbath of a game coming. Or maybe it is just because this is the SEC and both teams have at one time or another been the dominate team in the nation. Just wanted to say that we welcome you the fans to Tuscaloosa. Last night (WED), I counted 44 RVs from both schools already around campus ( UA does not allow them on Campus until after all classes on Friday, around 3:00 or so). While here, I will let you know that yes, some of our fans will be loud, rude and in a drunken hatred. That does not represent all of us. As most will agree, all schools has them. So from a big bama fan and alumni, let me say welcome. The boys will settle it on the field. Let us as fans walk away with class and be able to say we saw one helluva game.

AMEN brother! I've always been treated with class and respect from bama fans. I'm sure it will be the same on Saturday. Just got my tickets last night so I'm ready to drive down for one great game. It should be a whopper!!! GO VOLS!

Welcome to the board. I had a blast when I went down there a few years ago. The campus is beautiful and the fans treated us with class and respect. The only problem that I had was not being able to eat all the food and drink all the drinks that the Bama fans were giving me.

Hopefully, all of this court mess and so forth won't change any of that hospitality that I experienced so others may experience it as well.

It's going to be great game.

Yeah, we do know how to tailgate. I think we could feed an army on game day. Most of the laid back, southern hospitality fans usually stay on the quad behind Denny Chimes. Come by for some good ole Bama BBQ. If anyone is in town Friday night, we are hosting a block party. We will be closing the streets on the downtown strip Friday afternoon for music, food and SUDS!!! If you are not in the mood for football come Saturday afternoon, well friend, you are in the wrong place. :yahoo:
