Vol Football in a "Time Warp".

I agree. After the start of the Oregen game I thought this team would be different but after the first quarter of the Mizzou game I knew we were no different than Dooley!

I agree. People can talk Butch up all they want. But outside of him being a better PR person not much has changed.

What were you expecting and what were your expectations based on?

I expected sound football decisions to be made. Don't try to pull gimmick plays in unrealistic situations. Back to the Florida game. We don't have a pass play with this team that will get you 33 yards on 3rd down. It's not a bad play to just run the football and punt. At that point Florida's offense was terrible and making as many mistakes as Tenneseee. Fake field goal last night.... Why.... I don't want to live in the past but Tennessee played a lot of small ball through the years and were criticized for being too conservative but if they would have done some of that this year I believe they would have won more than 4 games at this point.
