Vol Nation needs to show up this weekend

We will. Don’t worry. Not one more UGA fan than normal will be there. If they were coming, they were coming anyway. If they weren’t, maybe a hundred bucks less per ticket wouldn’t make enough of a difference to sway them -given the cost of away game travel already. At least that’s my take on things….

Seeing to many people selling their tickets and getting in the hands of UGA fans.

If anything, for recruiting purposes. Neyland needs the best it’s been all year. Vol fans, show and show out. Dolly Parton will be there and will sing Rocky top.
How do you know what fans are buying the tickets?

It's not "will the fans show up" rather will this team show up and play for 4 quarters. If they do, they can keep it somewhat respectable. If they don't, they'll get boat raced worse than Ole Miss.

Homefield advantage is our best chance in this game. Be as loud as possible. Georgia's only weakness is that they haven't played in a truly hostile environment yet. It will be interesting to see how it affects them. I wasn't at the game last year, but many of you stated that the Georgia crowd absolutely played a role in that game and you could tell as Hooker was having trouble communicating with the line. We need to return the favor this year.

They played in Auburn and the game was quite close.

Since tickets today are digital, they're transferred electronically. Sellers aren't going to be asking for a utility bill to verify their location or question them on who they cheer for. Get real.

I would think this would be one game where a season ticket holder would not sell their tickets other than for a family emergency or something like that. I just remember walking out of Neyland after a game earlier this year and a person making a comment that the close win would impact the amount of money she could get for her UGA tickets. It took a lot of restraint for me and the person that was with me not to turn around and say something that would have probably got us into trouble.

I love the made up narrative that people selling tickets are automatically handing them to UGA fans and just don't care. It's the most message board thing ever.
