sounds about right. It's also quite obvious that Cal is the best 1-loss team in the country now and the poll shows that.

Does anyone really think if CAl played UT's schedule they would have only 1 loss?

I hate polls and the BCS.

A Playoff would resolve everything.

i think they would either have 1 or 2 losses same as us. cal has been playing some of the best football in the land since we beat them.

I disagree. On a neutral field I would take Florida, Auburn or Arkansas (maybe even LSU) over Cal.

We say that now but I am not sure it would solve "everything". Regardless, I would still LOVE to have one. It would suck if they had a 12 team playoff right now.:sad:

Don't be so negative. One loss...I mean two losses to good teams and everyone's bummed out. You guys better live it up this year because we may not see 9-10 wins again for a long time what with the recruiting and head coaching being so weak and all.

I think he was being his typical sarcastic self. His "#2 in the East Baby" comment is typical VH, assuming that everyone that doesn't call for coaches heads are happy with the Vols not winning the East.
