Volnation browser adds question

Im having a very hard time logging in because adds covering my screen in chrome on phone. And then adds keep popping up when i try to scroll at bottom of threads. Nike shoes for example

Is this new advertising for volnation.com or do i have a virus?

No. I get that when I first log in but it's gone after I click out.

Does anyone else get a random commercial playing a sound for a couple of seconds. This could be an hour after I've quit looking at the site, but it's still open in the background. It drives me crazy.

Lol... i think its because its something when viewing mobile browser for android. If i switch to pc mode its gone but i cant read anything

Yep same type issues here. Using safari on iPhone. These ads started about a week ago and are getting more and more difficult to navigate around.

I think I know what you guys are referring to. We have a new footer ad that only shows for guests and it appears to sometimes partially block the login box.

I’ve added better spacing at the bottom and seems to solve the problem for me. Please let me know if that solved your issue.

Not an advocate of annoying ads that disrupt your experience, but I would just keep in mind that those ads help pay for this site that we all spend so much time on. Maybe that'll help you feel better

And for the record, I'm never about ads that disrupt anyone's experience. Hopefully, folks who've been around for a while realize that. Sometimes we have some things that slip through and I do my best to rectify them. I think it happens on most sites occasionally these days.
