I don't post much... I believe this is the 2nd thread I've made on VN.
I feel like many of us need to re-examine our thinking, and re-adjust our attitudes, myself included. I'm going to keep this simple...

Bruce did great things for our program.
Bruce did bad things for our program.

Some people will think ONLY of the negative aspects of Bruce. That's life.
Some people will think ONLY of the positive aspects of Bruce. That's life.

It IS possible to be critical of Pearl without being a Pearl "hater".
It IS possible to be appreciative of Pearl without being a "Pearlophile".

Therefore, everybody needs to move on, get real, and support these young men working their asses off to play in orange. Discussing Pearl, good and bad, or prematurely jumping to conclusions on CCM's coaching abilities does NOT help our current basketball program. Sure, there are many unknowns, but that doesn't necessarily guarantee a certain outcome.

Basketball season is fast approaching. Let's get excited.

I for one hated the Pearl hire. He showed me he could win. If Martin can show me he can win, I and other fans will get enthusiastic about him coaching here. Pearl has
shown us that we don't have to be at the bottom of the heap. I hope Martin makes us only remember Pearl as the one that got it started. Winning is not everything, its the only thing.

Horrible post. Doesn't make sense at all. Your either on one side of the fence or the other, no straddling allowed here :)

I agree. I have long thought that one of the posters on
this board was the one who sent the picture to the NCAA. Curious that he is no longer present?
