Yes, TN is a prestigious football program. However, the competition in the SEC is so fierce, and the expectation at UT is so high, that it's hard to convince those with successful, good jobs to leave and come here to play rescuer.

As others have discussed, I really believe this "rebuild" is going to be a two step process - three step if you count Dooley.
