I guess that is what happens after the Vols drop out of the top 10.

i am apparently not important enough to be listed as a voter.

are we doing a preseason b-ball poll or are we just doing it after the season starts, or are we doing it at all?

Man, I was a lot kinder to the Vols than everyone else. I only dropped them to 11th or 12th, I think...

Sorry. I was trying to save some work and delete the ones that didn't vote this week, from the list of voters last week, instead of just typing everyone out again.

I don't care to do a B-ball one, but I don't think that there is enough interest in one to warrent the time. I only saw about 4-5 people say they were for it.

You guys put the Razorbacks number 10? :jawdrop: Man, I wish your poll was considered in the BCS!

So is this ranking based on what you think the other polls will look like or what you really think?

I ask because everyone on the board seems to think Tennessee is better than Arkansas, but no one ranked them that way.

Just our own personal polls.

Just because a team is ranked highly doesn't mean a team ranked below them couldn't beat them. I don't think Louisville could beat anyone currently ranked in the VN Top 10.

This is based on what we really think.

Polls don't rate who is better, but rate who has the best resume to this point, through 10 weeks. Therefore, a 1 loss Arkansas team has to be ahead of a 2 loss Tennessee team.

Power rankings are where you'd see Tennessee ahead of Arkansas, which they are in my personal power rankings.

Just remember that for future discussion.

Polls = current resume
Power rankings = talent predictor

Very well said, VolInArizona. Couldn't explain any better.

OK guys and gals.

I am going to the game this week, so the deadline will be Sunday at 6:00PM Eastern Time.

We need stronger support this week, as we had our lowest week ever last week.

PM your versions of the polls to me by 6PM Eastern Sunday and I will post the totals shortly there after.

No doubt... about to put mine together.

Wish a bunch of people would still do it... although if last week's trend continues, not many will after a UT loss... :ermm:
