Looking at their methodology, I would say I like their rankings more than most recruiting services.

problem is they count all offers claimed by recruits, which is rarely accurate.

Not accurate in terms of which offers are committable but still a pretty good metric for rating prospects. Even if it's not a committable offer it's still likely that the better players will have more offers.
