My heart says we rebound with a nice year in 2006, but my head says that we have begun a downward spiral. I was reading a recruit's comments on rivals and for three of the schools he mentioned he spoke of "their brand new facilities", he went on to mention UT saying only that he liked us. Living first in Jacksonville FL and now, Houston, (My job is full time Christian ministry so I'm usually strapped for cash) I have been unable to make it to K-Town. Have our facilities fallen off and how much do you think that matters? We used to be number one in that deoartment.

Our facilities are still as good as anyone's. It's the coaching staff that could use an overhaul.

No they aren't, hatvol. We were #1 in that area, but we aren't today. Others SEC schools have caught, and some have surpassed us. Our indoor practice facility is as good as anybodys. Our weight room is kinda small compared to some others, and I personally don't like the looks of it all that much. Our academic support center use to be the best in the SEC, if not the country, but its probably like 4th or 5th in the SEC now. Player lounge areas could be nicer and we could use more area for practice fields as well.

I hear we are getting ready for a large scale facility upgrade in the short future.
