The Vols are expected to hire Cory Robinson as an analyst, sources tell On3.

Robinson worked for the New Orleans Saints the last three seasons, most recently as the team’s assistant defensive backs coach.

As a Saints fan, this isnt the case. He has Lattimore as CB1 and Adebo or Alontae Taylor as CB2. The Saints DBs have had more difficulty with DPI than most NFL teams in the last 3 years. Lots of grabbing WRs in space and not looking back or looking back early and getting beat deep. Not sure yet about this hire but optimistic as a VFL

Willie was not given an extension as other vol assistants from last year. I think he is on the clock as the secondary hasn't shown much improvement and I just don't think Willie coaches up kids. He may be a great recruiter etc. and this may be Hype's way of helping this unit.
