Vols and Gators to play at night

CBS is televising the game and it will be at 7pm. Sweet!

Knoxville and Gainesville aren't as bad as Baton Rouge, but, still... doesn't the Geneva Convention prohibit this kind of scheduling?

Once the sun goes down on Saturday Night in the SEC, we're not talking about "home-field advantage" anymore. We're talking about thousands of middle-aged visitors in the wrong colored clothes trying to creep back to their cars after the game past strategically placed packs of drunken local frat pledges with something to prove in the dark.

I understand the economics of the network's decision to stage this classic SEC matchup during prime-time, but won't somebody please think of the alterkochers?

This game needs to be at night. Especially since it is in September, and it's still hotter than 40 hells in the afternoon.

I agree that I like it will be fun and defiinitely cooler to have it as a night game. Let's hope it's an "electic" night at Neyland Stadium.
