i hope Hardesty doesnt continue to have injury problems. Walter Fisher will be cleared in a couple of weeks so that's good to hear. Seems we have a few injuries. O-Line looks suspect. Sounds like Nick Stephens is doing really well.

We have a few, but nothing really bad. The OL isn't suspect right now. Unless they horribly disappoint today, they could actually be a strength.

Not a lot of depth at DE either:

RDE
- Ayers-broken hand, cast
- Fisher-recovering from shoulder surgery

LDE
- Reynolds
- Mitchell - injured shoulder

You forgot about McBride oklavol. Here would be the depth IMO:

McBride(will play inside and out)
Reynolds
Ayers(can play with the cast)
Mitchell(just waiting to be cleared)
Fisher(be back within weeks, some time in September)
Williams(once he gets in, may RS if too late)
Brown
Nelson(will redshirt imo)

I think Fulmer is lying to himself, if he thinks Ayers is going to be able to play at the same level he did before he broke his hand. He will be able to play, but not as effectively IMO.

I don't think he is lying to himself about it. Ayers is a liability against the run anyways and Fulmer knows it.
