The dugout exhaled a collectable sigh of disgust.

A pair of Team Tennessee players lined up as though prepared for the guillotine after being accused of hexing the no-hit bid by starting pitcher Will Neely on Sunday night.

The Hardin Valley (Tenn.) Academy product carried a no-no into the fifth and final inning versus Team Georgia in the Junior Sunbelt Classic. However, it wash't meant to be as the Peach State bats scratched across a pair of base knocks.

Neely didn't crumble or fold from there.

I watched the interview and really enjoyed this kid. He seems down to earth and of course he is very talented. I love keeping in state talent in state. CDS and staff are doing good things.
