This game should have been won in the ninth. A good team would have won that game in the ninth.

We have now played four consecutive extra inning games and we are 1-3 in that stretch. The culprit ranges from anemic run support (MSU series) and tonight it was poor defense.

This is a bad time of the season for a team to be unable to win close games.

Serrano will get this program turned around but he made a mistake in changing pitchers last night. Cox had his A stuff working and should have finished the game. Lee has been good this year but far from automatic in save situations. Could not believe he made that change, especially with UF leading off the 9th with two left handed batters.

Today's a new day. Vols can clinch tonight with a win and an Auburn or UGA loss.
