How does one end up in Dubai? Have you lived there long? (I'm assuming you're not just visiting)

Perhaps the naval station there?

I have been there (USN) and liked it a lot. Best steakhouse I've ever been to and got to play the Emirates golf course. First class all the way.

Sorry Freak just saw this message. Me and some buddies decided to visit Dubai for about a week. We actually rented out a cafe at midnight their time and convinced them to let us use their big screen TV to watch the game. I pulled the stream on my laptop and were using Google Chromecast to project it onto the TV. However, the way their internet was set up we couldnt do it so we decided to go back to our penthouse and just watch it there. Helluva place to go visit. Would recommend going at least once.

Sounds awesome, though. A friend of mine now has family that live there because of work.

One of my good friends' dad visits there pretty often to do business. He stays over there 3-4 months at a time and seems to like it. He is Iranian, so I'm sure he has options that I wouldn't haha.

Back State Side now. Going to start a GoFundMe to send me up north to Canada for 3 and a half hours for the game next Saturday because its clear as daylight the reason we won the game was because I was out of country. IMO JMO.
