In our losses we shot 42.6%, 40.0%, and 35.1%.

We shot over 50% against ETSU, E. Kentucky, Appalachian St., Texas, Alabama A&M, S. Alabama, and Georgia.

So I guess you could say that we just need to shoot over 43% to win but not really. State isn't as good as the teams we lost to. So they probably won't be sinking as many shots either.

Can't take chances though, let's just shoot 75% and be done with it. :gun:

and they are also at the bottom of the league in assists and turnover margin...I guess Jamont won't pass the ball.

the Hump is a tough place to play in, both of my younger brothers went to school there, poor things, and they've both been to TBA, albeit not this year, and they rave about it....plus, i think the thing that sticks out about this game, as was stated early on, is the emotional let down factor....

i know it's kind of apples and oranges, but remember how we all felt after the tX game, going in to the OK st game?

hopefully they learned from that....

The emotional letdown is an issue. Just look at it this way. If we do have one, at least it will be against State and we would still have a good shot at winning...not as much if we're playing UK or Vandy right after UF.

I think that Pearl has them ready and focused though.

i think so too, just still hard for me to grasp that we could have a look ahead situation or let down situation in bball....don't know how to really react to it? still seems like it's not real, and someone is going to flip a switch and we'll be back to reality....

we should beat this team, even if we do come out a little flat. Right now, we are just better than they are.

is this game on tv anywhere?

Pearl is the man :clapping:

And that's why I think he has them ready to go. We didn't lose to LSU and Memphis because we weren't playing hard. I can't think of a single game where this team was even close to lethargic kind of playing.

and that's what Pearl told the fans at the onset...we won't lose because we aren't playing hard.

I can't find the game on TV and I'm pissed. Last week @ Memphis was enough. Bob is a nice guy and all, but it kills me to listen to him and not be able to see what is going on.

We're all going to be listening to Bob for this one.

Jake, what do you mean you can't even get Bob?

somebody probably already mentioned it, but bracketology has us up to a five seed playing....UW-Milwaukee first round...if that were to hold true, I would crap myself

I think he means he can't pick up the broadcast.

no radio outlet...i could get on the internet, but that would require me sitting at my desk at home for upwards of two hours. and the bar is downstairs, logistically, it doesnt' make sense to me, so i flip on to ESPNNEWS every so often and watch the ticker....LOL. the bar is right next to the den, much easier if i could just watch the darn thing.

Just splice a couple of speaker wires and run a speaker from your computer to your bar downstairs....

Actually, that solution is much more intuitive and cost effective than mine

it's all about the bar man!!!! no, i have one, but it's my work lap top, and i don't have a wireless access point for it at home....

and OWB, if i had spliced wires running all over the house, two things would happen: 1. my wife would stroke out and 2. my dog would just eat them.

It doesn't have to be a permanent wire. You can unhook it when the game is over and everything is back to normal. I think you're just trying to be difficult about it now. :biggrin2:

yep! :D

seriously though, i have been checking in to those wireless computer speakers....so that will work too...but thanks for making the effort to ease my non viewing/listening pain....good to know there's folks out there i can count on.
