The National Invitation Tournament (NIT) announced early Thursday that Tennessee's second-round game against Middle Tennessee will tip-off Monday at 7 p.m. ET at Thompson-Boling Arena. The game will be televised on ESPN.

I know many wanted a Saturday or Sunday game, but this could be huge for maymon. That extra day or 2 could really give him that little bit of extra rest he needs to be back around 100%.
