Notice how the Vols play inpsired or uninspired ball this year. Kansas inspired, Kentucky one inspired,at Miss State inspired........Vanderbilt get behind at Vandy start going through the motions, get behind SEC tourney to Kentucky, start going through the motions. Chism on the court, play average, Chism off the court, everyone steps up and fills the gap. The problem is they rely on Chism too much when he is in the game. Against Kentucky he was out enough where they got behind enough, forever too late if I recall correctly. The bottom line is if they want to continue to advance they need to stay some where in the middle with their emotions, not too high or too low, just like life. Just my opinion, observation.

I wonder if they will come out too hard and try to force things against SDSU?

would be great if they actually learned how to do that. I'd rather them be too high the whole tournament than too low though

get behind SEC tourney to Kentucky, start going through the motions. .

That's about the furthest thing from reality from my point of view. Maybe after we were down by 17-20. But when the lead was down to 6, I think the players got caught up in the emotion f the game after the double technicals, etc. and let it effect their play.

I don't know why everyone is saying they gave up, or didn't care.
