The evidence is there that they are truly building a program the right way, but as we all know, the winning on the field part is all that ultimately matters.

Butch implemented a system of player accountability where the players help to challenge and monitor each other. Something Dooley could never figure out. UT was literally on the brink of APR disaster when Butch arrived. Complete turn around.
