Yeah, the 2007 schedule is horrible. Cal, Southern Miss, Central Florida and Northern Illinois???? We should go undefeated that year. Anything less would be uncivilized.

Not only that . . . trading LSU for Mississippi State. I guess you never know how good or bad anybody is going to be, but 2007 sure looks a lot easier - but I think after 2005 and 2006 we will deserve a break.

Let's just hope that we finish 05 and 06 off strong. We are'nt going to get any points for our SOS in 07....that's for sure.

Some publications, including Phil Steele, have Cal still being an elite team next year so 2007 could be a huge, national game with them

I think Tedford will keep Cal going strong. Oregon was .800 with Tedford directing the offense, and is only .580 under Mike Belotti otherwise.

With them, Georgia and Florida, the SOS in '07 should be fine.

No choice about LSU-MSU. Decided by SEC.

Also remember Nothern Ill. is no pushover by anyone imagination (they are a Giant Killer)

One more fact to consider UT has made it plain and clear they will schedule to fill coffers not home and homes with other teams due to the amount of money they'll lose by traveling. They want a min of 7 home games in a 12 game season.

Cals a good non-conf game for you guys. I wish UF would get someone like that on their schedule (someone noteable)

Wyoming, anybody? hehe

Just messing with you.

Haha, Wyoming actually is no push-over, theyll probably be ranked this season, still not as good a game as Cal, but better then La Tech or Marshall.

Uh, yeah I know - just making the point that after 4 years of playing Auburn and LSU, it will be nice to finally get a break. Of course, by then Croom may have built a respectable program.

I know they actually did pretty well for themselves. UCLA was schizophrenic last season, so I am not suprised Wyoming won that bowl game. The Cowboys's game at Ole Miss should be interesting.

I wouldn't say anything about that. We played them in 2002.

That is the game that Mark May predicted would be close. LOL

We played in 1999 as well.

Didnt we score on the opening play in one of those Wyoming games?
Those were Butt stompings!

Cal ive looked at since it was first put on the schedule, from the utsports site. Thats a pretty big addition IMO.
Really hate we have to open up anywhere but Neyland in 07.

Wyoming beat UCLA in a bowl last year and overall aren't too bad of a team.

They beat Ole Miss

Wyomings a solid team, should win their conf. theyre a lot better then 4-5 years ago. An actual top 25 team.

I still doubt they'll win the Mountain West. I think it will be either Utah or New Mexico, maybe BYU but I doubt Wyoming finishes any higher than 3rd.

I know nothing about them other then theyre top 25 and the preseason fav. ( and will start the season 0-1 ;-))

Speaking of BYU, I can't believe they lost to BSU last year.

I remember watching parts of the game. Man O Man, they had that game won
