Vols should lose today

We really haven't proven we can beat a winning team on the road. We also are starting a freshmen QB. BUT still.......I can't shake this feeling that we are going to hit them dead square in the teeth. I am not talking about a last minute FG. I am feeling a multi-sac, multi turnover, 250+ yard rushing beatdown. Yep, I always think we have a chance, but this is a really strong feeling. I know, cool story bro.

Got to remember who we have played on the road too. Nearly every team in the country would get run at Oregon or bama. Our defense played well enough to have us in the uf game if the offense would have just been bad instead of horrible.

This is our best shot at a road win so far. Not because Mizzou is bad but we have played a lot tougher schedule. We may still get ran because their wrs give them a huge advantage over our defense, just like bamas wrs did. D-line has step up and disrupt their offense and our offense has to keep the ball and score td's. To win we will probably have to score 30.

They just pretty much wrote us off as a dumpster team that mizzou will walk over today. Also said Dobbs looks like a 14 year old kid.

ESPN hates us

There's gonna be a lot of folks eating crow after we dominate this game today. Mizzou hasn't earned their place in OUR conference yet. We're gonna put them back in their place today. Go VOLS!

there is no doubt we are due.. several streaks can be broken with a win..

have lost 10 straight SEC road games (which means losing at Vandy and UK)

have lost last 18 road games versus ranked teams

Have lost last 10 games versus top 10 ranked teams

so it is time

Also I'm curious, and as an aside, how many posters on here use the expression 'bro' in the real world....yeah I'm old but I have a 31 year old daughter and I never heard her or any of her contemporaries use it...

We really just don't play well on the road. Our last road win (outside of Vandy UK or Memphis) was Miss St in 2007..........ouch

Sounds like you have other issues than whether or not the Vols are going to lose or not... :blink:

There is no chance UT runs for 250. keep dreaming. It would be nice, but I don't see our O-line pushing their good D-line around like that.

I honestly thought we were going to beat them easily last season. Don't have the same feeling this season...
