Buddy is a Vandy fan (I know, I know... don’t judge me). Found a ticket exchange page on Facebook and got 4 outfield tickets for 100 bucks. offered me two infield seats for 160 but can’t risk buying them and my sons travel tourney making me miss it.

No way I would go to a Vandy game - until I knew exactly where my seats were in relation to the whistler. I cannot imagine being anywhere near where he sits without going absolutely insane. I have to turn down volume on tv when we play them.

Suggest noise canceling ear buds. Even use mine for my leaf blower.

I used to live in Baton Rouge. I worked in New Orleans weekly. I know New Orleans better than most here. It was a great city. Until last week it had a vax mandate to enter bars & restaurants. I think you’re wrong on the vaccine. Most business owners I know haven’t been jabbed.

Bad areas are all around the French Qtr. Robberies occur around the casino, St Charles Ave, etc. Some people, those with money to spend for Final Four weekend, especially if you’ve been to several like these schools, will elect not to deal with it.

That said, I’d gone if Tennessee was in it.
So you know one business owner in rural Mississippi?

I wonder if the football stadium is open? Would make an interesting vantage point to climb to the top and watch.

Went to a Vols baseball game at Vandy a few years back and I saw some folks posted up in the parking garage beyond right field. I think that's where I'd be with a cooler full of Coors Light
