Man, imagine the possibility of having to play Bama 3 times this year! -- It could happen: Regular season; SEC Championship; and College Football Playoffs! But, I guess we just need to take it ONE GAME AT A TIME. Very challenging scenario, though.....

But, then again, IF we were able to beat them TWICE --- They probably wouldn't even be in the College Football Playoffs!!!!!

It IS possible....we beat them Saturday and then we BOTH run the table after that.......They beat us in a VERY close game in the SEC Championship....I could see us both getting in the CFP....where the third time could happen. Granted this is all extremely hypothetical...but it IS possible

Wouldn’t it be nice to get revenge on Ole Piss in the SEC Championship after all the shenanigans last year?
An Ole Miss v Tennessee SEC Championship is a real possibility. Especially if the rumors are true about Young being out for the season (which is pure speculation). Bama won’t be able to keep up with our offense or Kiffin’s without Young. Might even lose to MS State.

Here’s a quick question - is this the first time in UT-Alabama game history that both teams have a true Heisman Trophy candidate? I understand that Young may not play, but let’s assume he does - that would be Young for them and Hooker for us. We haven’t had many candidates of course - they’ve had a few - but it seems this may be a first. I’ve watched this game for 50+ years and can’t remember that ever happening. Anyone?

1973 Condredge Holloway Tennessee and Wilbur Jackson of Alabama were Heisman Candidates.

Vols beat Bama w/o Young then lose to them with him.
However either Tenn is going undefeated in that scenario or Georgia loses 2 games.
