After drawing a one-out walk in the bottom of the 11th inning, senior Chris Pierce took advantage of three consecutive wild pitches to score the game-winning run as Tennessee defeated Seton Hall, 3-2, to claim its sixth straight victory to open the 2012 season on Saturday afternoon at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

Another great win today, but the bunting execution has to get better or we will lose some games because of it....They have struggled all year with it.

I agree, the bunting needs to be worked on. A win is a win though, I'm interested to see how we do once we get into the SEC schedule.

The catcher for The Pirates forgot to block the plate, continue to succeed with bunts, 2-0 in both one run and extra innings games.

Except for the squeeze plays, which have somehow always been dead on perfect.
