The Tennessee baseball team rallied from behind twice - down to its last strike on two occasions - to force the longest game in program history (4:48) and remain undefeated, defeating Western Kentucky 8-7 on Tuesday afternoon at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

That's what I am talking about!!!

The heart of the Vol has returned to the baseball program. Waiting on football and basketball.

Damn why does everything have to be a shot against other Vol programs?

Good gritty win by the Vols!

As a recent grad I'm relatively new to being a fan of Vols baseball and this is by far the most excited I've been about a season.

I am so glad they are streaming video for these, what an ending to watch! Go Undefeated Vols!

I started watching on UTsports.com in the 12th inning. Wow! what a finish. Bottom of the 12th, Vols down 7-6 and Fritts hits a single with 2 outs and nobody on base. Then, he scores the tying run on a single by Walker. Saberhagen goes 3 up 3 down and the Vols score the winning run in the bottom of the 13th inning. Longest game in UT Baseball history. WOW!!

Watched the highlights and thats a hell of a game. I'm very optimistic with Serrano running the ship. He will do good things here! And very proud of Walker. I played with him at Walters St., he is great person and has a tremendous work ethic. He is a pitchers best friend behind the plate, real solid defensively. Glad to see him getting making the highlights!

THe Hilltoppers were one out away from winning but could not produce the final out.
First game where the Vols had to come back, and succeeding multiple times.
