CBJ is an incredible find. I can't stress how night and day he is to the previous two coaches.

Great Quote from the article

"Every tackle you make. Every class you attend. Every homework assignment you turn in. Every meeting you sign your last name. That's the only thing that can't be taken from you, your last name. That's your personal brand. What does it stand for?"

I'm going out on a limb here and saying that I hope Brady Hoke continues to be successful at Michigan, because if not, there's a good chance they'll be throwing some serious cash at CBJ within the next five years.

Why?? If Brady Hoke doesn't beat Ohio state on a consistent basis he will be ran out of town juat like Cbj will be if he doesn't beat bama n Fla.

Dude has not won a game at ut n because the PR department is in overdrive we have to worry.

Everything works itself out n the end IMO so no worries n besides Mich will never hire another coach that runs a spread...lol

Wow dude he hasn't coached a game yet and Michigan may be his next stop. I guess lied about the dream job comment already. Damn you guys are negative.

Hence the "going out on a limb here" part of my post. I realize he hasn't coached a game here, but it's obvious he's putting in the work to succeed.

And great coaches--which I think CBJ is/will be at UT--tend to be targeted by schools they have ties to, whether they played there or grew up there. See: Urban Meyer and Ohio State, Steve Spurrier and Florida, Lane Kiffin and USC (not great, but you get the point).

My favorite thing coach Jones does and that was captured in the article... He walks around the locker room and checks in with the players after practice.

This is a little thing, but it is something that not many coaches do.

Great read on obviously a great man. We definitely got the best coach available. CCS, who is that? I hope CBJ retires at TN..,

That, and part about "we need more" regarding the high number of players who voluntarily come by his office to talk. Very impressed with this guy so far.
