So glad Hooker found his way to Knoxville, as well as Hyatt, but the Hokies are good people and love their football. What a shame for them they didn't have someone that could develop Hooker up there, but finally, some good karma came our way as a result.

Yup, I think it's a forgone conclusion at this point. ESPN is all about the SEC now and Hooker is the feel good story of CFB. That trophy is his.

Living in Southwest Virginia, the reality is the exact opposite. I get more crap from Tech fans out of nowhere and endlessly than even other SEC fanbases. They had a teensy bit of success and are now back where they belong.

I disagree. As I said, I peeked into their board, albeit, just a few times.. Before all this Heisman talk, including last season, they were mentioning his doing better at the UT. And how happy they were for him. They mean it, it's not just jawing, or crumb gobbling. Believe it or not, some folks know how to be decent. Even in a world where so many go out of their way to look down both their nostrils, before blowing snot at others.

Nebraska fans are not classy, they cussed me out while I was walking to the car after the Orange bowl. They were extremely rude during the game as well. I would say they’re worse than gators and that’s saying something.
