Right, 8 tds/yr in last two years. 6’2 215 on VT website and has received conference honors both years. This would be one of our best options with what remaining counters we have. Solid take.

Edit: This guy is good enough to be drafted. Not sure why he would transfer to play one more year. He also needs a waiver from NCAA since it would be his 2nd transfer.
