The line on the WKU game is -13.5, I think we win by 21 but these are experts from the outside looking in. So do we cover the spread?

They are not experts in football. They just report the line that results from people laying bets so that they don't lose money. They don't know and don't care how the teams actually stack up.

I think the experts know what is expected to happen. I think they move the line around to generate more money for their bottom line.
