Not at all surprised. In 2004 I was a bank teller. We have a lot of Russians and Ukranians here in Spokane. There were two older couple that came in once a month to cash their Social Security checks. They started receiving these SS checks after being here for only one month. Their 13 year old granddaughter came in to interpret for them. They never worked a day in the U.S. and were each receiving $650.00 every month. It was disgusting.
