Want To Go Tarpon Fishing in Fla???

Anyone have experience catching Tarpon in South Florida? I'll be there (Palm Beach) in September and would like to give it a go, if the fishing will be good. The only saltwater fly fishing I've done is for redfish in South Carolina but have always wanted to land a tarpon. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I know tarpon fishing is big on the west coast (Boca Grande is "ground zero) and stretches down to the keys. I know the fishing sites list tarpon in WPB/ Singer Island/ Jupiter inlet but I think that's a little North and the water temp may be too high.

Boca Grande is known as the tarpon capital of the world over here on the east coast. They snag some massive ones in the pass.

I don't know about the east coast spots, but any reputable charter would probably be the way to go. You're in for a great time, they're a blast to catch.
