Or the freedom fighters? I think Hogg would give Texas back. But as always it's wrong when we did it 100+ years ago, so that makes it ok now for Russia.

It’s hilarious when he trots this stupidity out. Mexico encouraged the settlement of the Texas territory prior to their civil war. During the internal rebellion in Mexico the citizens of Texas rebelled and won their independence. The Republic of Texas stood for a decade before choosing to join the US. They were no longer sovereign to Mexico and Santa Anna signed the Treaties of Velasco granting Texas independence after losing and being captured at the Battle of San Jacinto. Of course the Mexican legislature never ratified the treaties but the President of Mexico indeed did sign them.

And it’s laughable as hell to compare the occupied Ukrainian territory to the Texas fight for independence. But he trots it out whenever he is trying to sell more of Pootin’s aggression!

Anyone know what kind of artillery shell this is? Don't recall ever seeing arty shells big enough to produce a shock wave. In the 2nd video.

At this point - barring a nuclear war - should Russia be stupid enough to lay a finger on a NATO country, they'd be toasted within weeks. As in its army in Ukraine would be simply WIPED OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH.
