Anyone can go back to Mar/Apr/May in this thread and see the same people now clutching their pearls over Russia "targeting civilians" (they aren't) said nothing when Ukraine indiscriminately lobbed munitions into residential areas of Donetsk. When Ukraine bombed a train station and market. When Ukraine takes up barracks and sets up military equipment in residential areas. They justified all of it. Not to mention the previous 8 years of atrocities across the Donbas which they conveniently turn a blind eye to.

Compromised accounts being used by Russians and/or their sympathizers. Its pretty simple. Some of these folks probably answered some random facebook questions about their birth year, favorite band, dream car, etc. This lets folks figure out your security questions and take control of your account. Then that account is sold on the dark web. They didnt post much or couldnt figure out what happened and made a new account or moved on altogether.

What is a normal ratio of wounded to killed? This would reflect maybe 300K casualties.

I have been told that the numbers reported is total casualties not just dead.

But to your questions there are typically at least 2x as many wounded as dead. Paradoxically, a bit, the ratio of wounded has gotten higher with more modern fights. Mostly due to better life saving techniques than armor.
