I'm wishing Holly the very best. A lot of people criticize her but I cant imagine what it's like for her to come after a legendary coach such as Pat. She's won 1 regular season and 1 tournament title so far and I think that's a heck of a job.

Warlick needs to show--and very soon--that she can beat the best teams in women's basketball. She hasn't done that yet. This program isn't about staying at or near the top of the SEC, or getting to the Sweet 16--which is EASY to do. It's about winning titles. Warlick took over a program that had been sliding for a while, and she has stabilized it, and she has recruited fairly well--but she hasn't shown she can build a great basketball team. Not even close. PS didn't have many great basketball teams over the last 15 years--but until we start beating uconn and nd and stanford, we haven't accomplished anything. It is a high bar, but who would want a lower one?

I know that it does not matter what I or anyone else thinks o writes within this forum, but Holly seems so uneasy when she is being interviewed. She rarely looks at the camera and looks all around the place as if she is shy. I know she is not any other coach or Pat, however, she gives off some lack of interest vibes when she gives news interviews. Is this how she communicates during coaching and recruiting? She gives the appearance of being nice but not aggressive. Pay attention to the coaches at very good programs like UCONN, Baylor, Notre Dame, Louisville, Maryland, South Carolina, and Texas A and M, they are into the game and steadily coaching their players within the game. I do not support those who are ready to boot today, but we need to do something if the program fails to make the final four within the next two years. We will have the star power and there will not be any excuses.

i understand a small portion of what you are saying but i don't think her personality is going to change. She's a grown woman. Furthermore, people keep stating the great programs. Texas A and M and South Carolina haven't done any more better than Tennessee. Notre Dame has become a great program and haven't won any championships, Stanford keeps going to FFs and never win.
