I've never been big into prosecuting teams for "running up the score". Hell, in today's BCS, you kind of need to, in a way.

We teach our kids to play until the whistle sounds. Should not feel sorry for being better than the other team. Especially when it is and SEC rival.

Bush league move . . . Plus, why would you ever waste your fake in a game like that? Now it's on film for everybody to see.

No. But stupid. Game is out of reach. If a player would have gotten hurt (TIM TEBOW), then I would like to hear Saban explain it.

Sadly, you are correct. With the idiots who vote, they only look at the final score.

They weren't running up the score. They ran the ball almost exclusively. The fake FG was to keep the ball and run out the clock and the pass deep was to try to get people out of the box.

And maybe you will read the chapter in one of those stolen books on how many NC's bama has.

It's Saban, what do you expect?

Of course, it's still football. If you want the ball back, you take nothing for granted and stop them on 4th down.

There is a difference in your 2nd team still scoring on a team than having every starter in taking shots at the endzone and faking FGs, but hey maybe that is just me.

No, it was smart, tactical football.

I hate bama as much as the next vol, but I never view Saban on the level as Meyer in the area of running up a score.

This is the same school, different coach though, that threw on 4th down in the closing minutes with a 31-3 lead to end Prothro's career.
