Down 21-0 at the half to LSU. It could have been 24-0 and there would not have been even a hint of overtime. The biggest mistake by Ainge was throwing the interception to make the score 21-0 when, I think, he should have taken the safety. :banghead: At that point, it would have been 16-0. But that would have given the ball back to LSU.
What a second half comeback, especially in the 4th quarter. The defense really put it together in the 4th quarter. Gerald Riggs looked like a "freight train" roaring through. :dance2: Determination set in! Can he produce numbers that could vault him into the "Heisman" race? :dunno:
Can this team carry over for the Georgia game in two weeks? I sure hope so. :good: Winning against Ole Miss will put the Vols at 3-1 going against UGA. Vols need that "W" against UGA to vault them into the top 5. With a win over the Dawgs, Vols could look at only 1 loss. Hope that's not saying too much. Can the Vols also beat the "Irish?" How big a threat is Bama? Hoping that the Gators lose twice in the SEC and thus the Vols can go to the SECC game, probably against LSU. I know they'll look for revenge.
GO VOLS!!!!!! :good:

Georgia has a week of smelling their own farts.
We have to spank on Ole John, Then try and rest, recoup, funny no injuries that get listed so far out of the stink hole.
