I don't know but that was screwy. Progress had definitely been stopped, but that doesn't seem like something they should talk about after the play if they're all staring at it and nobody blew a whistle when it happened.

This still has my blood pressure up. Our players did what they are supposed to do by playing hard until the whistle, and the refs just invent a dead play call. It wouldn't have made a difference, but our D earned that turnover and deserved to get it. But then again, Ha Ha Dix got his NCAA ruling quickly & Couch is STILL waiting, so nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to the top teams and the league.

In the first quarter there was blatant holding on the Alabama O-Line nearly everyly...and I usually can't see them anyway because I am 6+ beers in...but this...was pathetic.

Not to mention the first holding call the Refs make is when Worely actually does something right...

Then you have a no whistle dead ball called after an Alabama fumble which made Gary Danielson cry...

The NCAA and SEC both need Alabama undefeated and still #1 come the National Championship game.

I'd feel bad for Missouri if we didn't have to play them next.
